My Liahona is an independent, source-grounded AI companion designed for the LDS community. It helps members study scripture, prepare Sunday lessons, explore gospel questions, and reflect with faithful AI guidance — all while keeping verified sources and personal revelation at the center.

My Liahona was built to give Latter-day Saint members a more intentional place to study with AI. General-purpose AI tools can be helpful, but they were not designed with the LDS experience in mind — the scripture, the covenants, the culture, or the importance of verified, source-grounded answers. The name comes from the Liahona — the compass given to Lehi's family in the Book of Mormon. It pointed the way forward when they were faithful and seeking. My Liahona is built on a similar idea: a thoughtful, humble study companion that helps you find direction in your gospel learning, while keeping scripture, prayer, and personal revelation at the center. It is not an official product of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
